Contract Withdrawal

Use this form to withdraw from a contract you concluded with Upbiddr, for example a paid ranking increase. You do not need to give a reason.

Before you withdraw

  • As a consumer you generally have a right of withdrawal. When the period starts and what applies in your case is set out in the Withdrawal Notice.
  • You can also withdraw in any other clear way, for example by email, by letter to the address given in the Legal Notice or through the contact form.
  • If you expressly requested that the service begins before the end of the withdrawal period, you may have to pay compensation for the part of the service already provided. This applies only where the legal requirements are met, whether and how much follows from the applicable law.

Early start of the service

If, before the service began, you expressly requested and consented to Upbiddr carrying out the one-time increase of the ranking value immediately after your payment was confirmed and before the withdrawal period expired, and you acknowledged that your right of withdrawal would expire upon full performance, your statutory right of withdrawal expires once Upbiddr has fully performed this service, provided all applicable statutory requirements are met.

We send the confirmation of receipt to this address. It may differ from the address of your account.
