About these rules
Upbiddr works best when cards are useful, links are honest and everyone plays fairly. These rules explain the essentials. The Terms and Conditions contain the contractual details, and your mandatory rights remain unchanged.
Be honest about what you share
Use accurate descriptions and do not impersonate another person, brand or project. Only use images and text you are entitled to use. Do not suggest that you own, represent or have verified a destination when that is not true.
Keep unlawful content off Upbiddr
Don’t publish, promote or link to anything unlawful or anything that infringes someone else’s rights. For example: sexual exploitation of children and other criminal sexual content; criminal threats of violence, incitement to hatred and banned terrorist content; fraud, phishing, malware and other unlawful deception; infringements of copyright, trademarks, personality or privacy rights; and unlawful offers or advertising, including unauthorised offers of regulated goods or services. These are examples, not a complete list.
No content that needs special safeguards
Some material may lawfully be made available only with age verification or similar safeguards required by law. Upbiddr does not provide the special age-verification or access safeguards legally required for the publication of this material. An adults-only account rule is not a substitute for those safeguards. So this material is not allowed on Upbiddr, even where it is lawful elsewhere. This includes pornography.
This also applies to images, previews, descriptions, advertising and links where using them on Upbiddr would itself be unlawful or would bypass those legally required protections.
A topic or industry is never banned just because of what it is about. What matters is the specific content, offer, presentation or use, and the legal requirements that apply to it.
These rules apply to profile details, cards, images and links, including redirects and disguised destinations. Don’t hide a destination to get around them.
Play fairly
Do not manipulate accounts, points, referrals, campaigns, ranking values or limits. Do not use false accounts, bots, fabricated activity or technical workarounds to obtain rewards or access you are not entitled to. Do not interfere with security or another person’s account.
Understand what is public
Draft and archived cards are not public on Upbiddr. An eligible active card can remain public and indexed independently of your profile settings. Share only information you are comfortable making public. Independent services may cache or copy public information.
Know what a ranking means
Ranking value can include paid and points-based increases. A position can change and is not a quality or safety score. It does not guarantee visitors, customers or search-engine results. Free and Sponsored explain the card’s current participation label, not an endorsement.
Use points for their intended purpose
Follow the conditions shown for the relevant reward and redemption. Points are not money, cannot be withdrawn for cash and are not freely transferable. Eligible points can currently increase your own eligible active cards.
Check before you pay
Review the card, amount and service information. You purchase a one-time ranking value increase, not the external product or service shown on the card. You can also pay to increase another member’s eligible card, but this does not give you ownership or control. Checkout explains immediate performance and its applicable withdrawal consequences.
Payment does not exempt a card from the rules
We may take proportionate action on unlawful content or misuse under the Terms and applicable law. Ranking value is not a cash balance to withdraw after restriction or archival. Mandatory legal claims remain unaffected.
Tell us about problems
You can report a profile, ranking card or profile link using the reporting options available on Upbiddr. You can also send reports or complaints by email or through the Contact page. Please identify the content or action and explain your concern. These contact options do not limit statutory rights or remedies.
External destinations stay independent
The destination is operated independently of Upbiddr. We do not become its provider or guarantee it by displaying a card or link. Check its own information before relying on it or buying from it.
