Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right, inform us at the contact details above of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement, for example by letter or email. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory.
You can also use the electronic withdrawal function on Upbiddr at the Withdrawal Form page. If you use that function, we will send an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium, such as email, without undue delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning exercise of the right before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
If you requested performance of the service during the withdrawal period, you must pay an amount proportionate to what has been provided until you informed us of withdrawal, compared with the full coverage of the contract, insofar as the statutory requirements for such payment are met.
Immediate performance and expiry following full performance
The paid service is the one-time application of the purchased ranking value to the selected eligible card after secure payment confirmation and processing. It does not purchase a guaranteed position or guaranteed traffic.
Before immediate performance, the checkout asks for your express agreement to performance before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledgement that your right of withdrawal expires upon full performance. Your statutory right expires once Upbiddr has fully performed the service, provided all applicable statutory requirements are met.
This does not exclude mandatory remedies or other rights. Submitting a withdrawal notice is not subject to an automatic administration fee or penalty.
