The operator currently applies the German small-business exemption under section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG).
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. This does not restrict your right to bring a claim before a competent court or any other mandatory right.
Content and external destinations
Users can present profiles, ranking cards and links on Upbiddr. External destinations and the products, services and content offered there are provided independently by their respective operators. Upbiddr does not become their seller, provider, representative or payment intermediary by displaying a card or link.
A listing, ranking position or label does not constitute verification, an endorsement or a guarantee of a destination’s legality, safety, quality or availability. This does not exclude Upbiddr’s own duties or liability under mandatory law.

Official social-media profiles
This Legal Notice also identifies the operator of our official Upbiddr social-media profiles, currently Upbiddr on X and Upbiddr on LinkedIn. It also applies to every other social-media profile that we operate as an official Upbiddr channel, even if it is not named here. A profile is not official merely because it uses the Upbiddr name. This notice does not identify Upbiddr as the operator of those social-media platforms.
